Delivery Information

Shipping to Australian customers only.

For small items (under 0.5kg), all orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

For large items (over 0.5kg), pick-up is preferred. If pick-up is not convenient then delivery is to be arranged. Please contact us on 0452 201 157.

For arranged delivery, it is preferred to provide a business address or an address where someone will be home to accept delivery. Redelivery charges may apply if there is no one available to accept delivery.

Where stock is available, orders will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days. The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

• 1 – 2 weeks for capital cities (sooner for Western Australia)
• 4 – 5 weeks for all other areas
