Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to custom touring canopies, tray packages and related products and services supplied by WKND Warriors (ABN 43 861 281 540).

By placing an order and accepting these terms, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Orders & Invoices

All WKND Warriors canopies and tray packages are custom-designed and manufactured to suit individual vehicle and customer requirements.

Invoices outline the agreed products, specifications, pricing and payment arrangements for each build.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their invoice and advising WKND Warriors of any discrepancies before confirming their order.

An order is confirmed when the customer accepts the agreed specifications and payment arrangements and pays the required deposit.

2. Deposits & Payments

WKND Warriors generally uses three payment stages:

Deposit: Payable to confirm your order and commence the design process.

Second payment: Payable following completion and customer approval of the final design and specifications, before manufacturing proceeds.

Final payment: Payable when requested before freight or fitment arrangements proceed.

The amount payable at each stage will be specified on your invoice.

Payments are made by bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice.

WKND Warriors may defer further work, freight or fitment arrangements where an agreed payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law.

3. Custom Design & Approval

Each canopy or tray package is designed around the customer's vehicle and requirements.

WKND Warriors will provide final drawings or specifications for customer review and approval before manufacturing begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proposed design, including dimensions, configuration, accessories and other agreed specifications.

Customer approval is required before manufacturing proceeds.

Once approved, the drawings and specifications form the agreed basis for manufacturing.

Design approval does not affect customers' rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Changes to Approved Designs

Customers should notify WKND Warriors as soon as possible if they wish to change an approved design.

Changes requested after design approval may result in additional costs or changes to production arrangements.

Any proposed changes must be reviewed and agreed upon by WKND Warriors before implementation.

Where changes affect pricing, WKND Warriors will advise the customer of the additional costs before proceeding.

5. Manufacturing & Production

WKND Warriors products are custom-manufactured to the agreed specifications.

Any design, manufacturing or completion timeframes provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Actual timeframes may be affected by design changes, material availability, production requirements and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

WKND Warriors will communicate significant changes to expected completion arrangements where practical.

Nothing in this section limits any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Freight, Fitment & Vehicle Collection

WKND Warriors coordinates freight and fitment arrangements for custom canopies and tray packages.

For most builds, the completed product is transported to an agreed fitment centre, where installation is arranged.

Customers are responsible for making their vehicle available at the agreed fitment location and collecting it following completion of installation.

Freight and fitment costs are included in the purchase price only where expressly stated on the invoice or otherwise agreed in writing.

Alternative arrangements, including delivery or collection of an unfitted canopy or tray package, may be available by prior agreement.

Further information is available on our Delivery & Fitment page.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Because WKND Warriors products are custom-designed and manufactured, cancellation requests are assessed individually.

If a customer requests cancellation, WKND Warriors will consider the stage of the order and any reasonable costs already incurred, including design work, materials and manufacturing costs.

Where appropriate, these costs may be deducted from any refund otherwise payable under the agreed cancellation arrangements.

WKND Warriors will discuss the applicable costs and any available refund with the customer.

Custom-built products are not generally eligible for change-of-mind returns once the order has been placed.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights to cancel an order or obtain a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Warranty & Maintenance

WKND Warriors provides a three-year structural warranty on qualifying structural components of its custom canopies and tray packages, commencing from customer handover.

Customers are responsible for reasonable ongoing maintenance, including annual inspection of structural mounting bolts and fasteners and re-torquing where required to applicable manufacturer specifications.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim procedures are outlined in our Warranty & Returns policy.

This warranty is provided in addition to customers' rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, product photographs, drawings, designs and other materials created or owned by WKND Warriors remain the property of WKND Warriors or their respective rights holders.

These materials must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where goods or services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund or compensation, depending on the circumstances.
